CoolTalk VoiceBox Headset

These sets are totally independent of your helmet, so when you are on the ground out of your harness you still have communication!

We have worked with the manufacturers of these units to produce a set for free-flying with a simpler plug arrangement and an adaptor for 2m radios. They work using a voice-vibration mic which eliminates wind-noise completely. A squashy ear-piece fits comfortably in one ear and a curly lead runs down your sleeve to the positive finger PTT with supplied velcro strip.

We have been very impressed with our tests so far. The standard set will connect to any PMR466 radio and comes with one adaptor for 2m radio. Available for Alinco, Kenwood and Icom. For Yaesu radios you will need an additional adaptor, see drop down below.
